It’s gonna be how hot today?

Yup, for the second day in a row it’s gonna be a hot one here in S. East New England.

It’s only going to be in the high 80’s low 90’s but like they always say, “it’s not the heat, it’s the humidity. Well that’s what we say here in New England.

Some people will be using their a/c’s but we won’t. Well for one thing hubby hasn’t gotten them from storage when we moved yet & second I hate a/c’s.

Yes I know they keep us nice & freezing cold when it’s very hot outside but I just hate the fact that we have to shut the windows & put them on.

I guess that’s one of the reasons why I don’t like the winter too much, b/c the windows are shut.

I just love having the windows open & have a nice breeze blowing in the windows.

So to try to keep us cool I have 3 fans going in the living room, where we spend most of the day, when not outside, & 1 fan in the girls room so when the little one takes a nap it’s nice & cool in there.

Since we live on cranberry bogs, we always have a nice breeze blowing.

So how do you keep cool on these warm summer days? Do you use fans, a/c’s, a combination of both? Are you like me who hates to shut the windows on such nice days?
