What’s for dinner

Now that the weather is FINALLY starting to be nice for more than one day, it’s time to get the smoker out & ready to use for the next couple of months.

I’m so glad that I got our smoker for my hubby a couple of years ago for Father’s Day.  It’s so easy to use & the food that is cooked in it is unbelievably good.

We’ve cooked a ton of food in ours over the years.  Everything from chicken, ribs, turkey (yes turkey).

All you really have to do is get some seasonings, water, & wood chips, put the seasoning on whatever it is you’re going to cook, put the meat in the smoker & let it go.

You do have to check on it from time to time to make sure that it’s at the right temperature, but other than that, there’s really not a lot you need to do with/to it.

Do you have a smoker?  If so, what is your favorite thing to smoke in it?  I have to say my favorite thing to smoke are ribs.  They are so good.
